Functieomschrijving:

You will fulfill the role of logistical administrative employee at an international company on the shipping department in Alphen aan den Rijn. The company is the world's largest independent aviation distribution company with a portfolio of nearly 400,000 aircraft parts.

Functieverantwoordelijkheden:

Packing and preparing shipments
drafting various customs and transport documents
maintaining contact between different departments within the company (internationally as well)
communicating with various transport carriers
ensuring goods are ready on time for transport
stepping in for other warehouse tasks when needed

Vereisten:

Good proficiency in Dutch and English
reliable, friendly, and a team-player
affinity with computer systems (Outlook, Word, Excel)
ability to work concentrated, stand, and walk for long periods
VGB clearance (no objection declaration required)
living near Alphen aan den Rijn
availability for 40 hours per week
Medewerker luchtvracht basiscertificaat and experience with customs and transport documents are a plus
