Logistics Specialist

• Support day-to-day operations between BD and the LSP
• Follow-up on replenishment orders between BD Temse or plants and the LSP
• Work together with Supply Chain Planning to determine optimal stock levels at LSP
• Follow-up on stock levels, stock accuracy and stock reconciliation between BD and LSP
• Guarantee timely and accurate processing of sales transactions and stock corrections as transmitted by the LSP
• Act as the first point of contact for the LSP for any logistic related issues
• Collect the LSP metrics, track KPI’s and report back to management
• Lead LSP performance review sessions with key stakeholders
• Implement Service Level and supply chain financial performance measurement
• Detect, propose, and implement improvements to the operational processes
• Support the cycle counts needed as per SOX requirements and report on the differences

• Accurate and precise with great analytical skills and a good knowledge of MS Excel
• Able to work with deadlines, producing reliable output

• Action oriented and decisive
• Presentation skills – not afraid to present results in front of a diverse audience
• Professional communicator
• Comfortable dealing with different assignments and duties at the same time
• Is dedicated to establishing and meeting the needs and expectations of internal and external customers
• Bachelor or master’s degree in supply chain or equivalent by experience
• Good insight in end-to-end supply chain processes, systems & network
• Good communication skills
• Proficient in the Microsoft office suite
• Fluent in Dutch and English, French is a plus
