Logistics officer

• Coordinates the entire logistics process from request to delivery
• Monitors both incoming barley and outgoing malt
• Handles administrative processing of orders, shipments, and invoicing
• Maintains contact with suppliers, transport partners, and customers
• Creates production schedules considering inventories and quality parameters
• Prepares export and transport documents and ensures they are correct and available on time
• Monitors schedules and deadlines and adjusts in time
• Monitors inventory levels of materials
• Actively participates in consultation moments with customers

• Interest in logistics and supply chain
• Works accurately and can prioritize well
• Thinks analytically and acts independently
• Customer-oriented and dares to make decisions
• Communicates smoothly with internal and external parties
• Enjoys working in a team
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• English and Dutch required
• A bachelor's in logistics or international trade is a plus, or equivalent experience
