This is a position within a leading company in the food processing industry. The role involves managing logistics processes, staff coaching, and ensuring operational efficiency in a cooled production environment. Sustainability, quality, and innovation are key principles of the organization.

Functieverantwoordelijkheden:

Daily management of the transport and order planner, the logistics team in two shifts, and the administrative logistics employee
creating and monitoring the personnel schedule
coordinating warehouse management and aligning internal and external logistics
continuously improving profitability, productivity, quality, hygiene, and safety
collaborating with the Operations Manager to set priorities and ensure continuity of the logistics process
coaching and developing staff to optimize their competencies
preparing, achieving, and reporting on logistics KPIs.

Vereisten:

Bachelors or equivalent
willingness to work in a cooled production environment
ability to manage and coach staff
experience with logistics processes.
