Functieomschrijving:

Als Loading Supervisor werk jij tussen de vliegtuigen op Schiphol Airport. Jij zorgt er samen met de Turnaround Coordinator voor dat het vliegtuig veilig en op tijd vertrekt en bent verantwoordelijk voor de aansturing, coaching en bijsturing van de platformmedewerkers. Je zorgt ervoor dat het vliegtuig volgens de regels correct beladen wordt, zodat het vliegtuig veilig kan vertrekken. Dagelijks handel je circa 9 vluchten af.

Functieverantwoordelijkheden:

  • Aftekenen van de beladingen
  • Het rapporteren van onregelmatigheden aan de Turnaround Supervisor
  • Zorgen dat het vliegtuig veilig en op tijd vertrekt
  • Verantwoordelijk voor de aansturing, coaching en bijsturing van de platformmedewerkers
  • Zorgen dat het vliegtuig volgens de regels correct beladen wordt
  • Oplossen van operationele verstoringen zoals een koffer die niet aan boord is of laat aangeleverde bagage

Vereisten:

  • Een afgeronde MBO opleiding past in deze functie goed
  • Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk
  • Communiceer je gemakkelijk
  • Houd jij je goed staande in een dynamische wereld
  • Ga jij prima om met onverwachtse gebeurtenissen en weet jij dit op te lossen
  • Je bent flexibel inzebaar van maandag t/m zondag tussen 06:00 en 00:00 en bereid om in wisselende diensten te werken, ook in het weekend en op feestdagen
Wat we bieden:
  • Onregelmatigheidstoeslag tussen 22% en 40% extra voor werk vóór 07.00 of na 19.00 uur of in het weekend
  • Reiskostenvergoeding tot 50 km enkele reis (max. €11,50 per dag)
  • Reis je met het OV? Dan krijg je een reiskostenvergoeding van max. €17,90 per dag en kan je gratis gebruik maken van het busnetwerk rondom Schiphol
  • 25 vakantiedagen o.b.v. een fulltime dienstverband van 38 uur
