Functieomschrijving:

Als Technieker bij Duracell in Aarschot zorg je dat de hoogtechnologische productielijnen voor wereldbekende batterijen continu blijven draaien. In deze rol als Technieker krijg je na een intensieve opleiding de volle verantwoordelijkheid over jouw eigen sectie binnen een innovatieve productieomgeving. Je combineert technische expertise met een actieve aanpak om storingen te voorkomen en op te lossen, zodat de kwaliteit van elke batterij gewaarborgd blijft.

Functieverantwoordelijkheden:

  • Je grijpt als Technieker direct in bij technische defecten, waarbij de focus voornamelijk ligt op het mechanische aspect
  • Je voert periodiek preventief onderhoud uit om onvoorziene stilstanden van de machines proactief te vermijden
  • Je voert nauwkeurige kwaliteitsmetingen uit om te garanderen dat de batterijen aan de strengste normen voldoen
  • Je registreert relevante productiegegevens en incidenten nauwkeurig in het computersysteem
  • Je bewaakt de algemene voortgang van jouw toegewezen productielijn

Vereisten:

  • Je hebt een sterke passie voor techniek en sleutelt in je vrije tijd bijvoorbeeld graag aan auto's of brommers
  • Je beschikt over een technisch denkvermogen en kunt logische analyses maken bij machine-onderbrekingen
  • Je hebt een achtergrond in elektromechanica, elektriciteit, houtbewerking of CNC
  • Je vindt fysiek werk geen probleem en bent bereid om de handen uit de mouwen te steken
  • Je stelt veiligheid altijd voorop en volgt de voorgeschreven richtlijnen en het gebruik van beschermingsmiddelen strikt op
  • Je bent leergierig en kijkt ernaar uit om de specifieke machines van Duracell te leren kennen als Technieker

  • Ploegenpremie voor het werken in 2-ploegen (tussen €1,31/u en €1,3493/u)

  • Reële kans op een vast Duracell-contract voor wie uitblinkt in de rol van Technieker
  • Stabiliteit door middel van weekcontracten die stilzwijgend verlengd worden
