Functieverantwoordelijkheden

Ensure smooth shift handover for the 2 production lines you are responsible for
Minimize incidents (safety and quality) and unplanned stops
Maximize loss reduction
Make continuous improvement proposals (safety, work processes, etc.)
Provide valuable feedback and serve as an example
Independently identify losses, determine the cause, and resolve them
Ensure daily reporting tools/boards are updated
Actively work in the team and step in where needed, but primarily responsible for coordination, development, and coaching of the team
Lead the operators of your lines (directing, controlling, adjusting, assessing, coaching, and motivating)
Attend job interviews for permanent hires

Functieverantwoordelijkheden

Operationeel leidinggeven: Toezien op interne werksystemen (IWS), shiftoverdracht, minimaliseren van incidenten en stilstand, verliesreductie
Resultaten behalen: KPI's behalen, 'Standard Work Processes' verbeteren (veiligheid, kwaliteit, efficiëntie)
Fabrieksnormen bewaken: Veiligheid, kwaliteit, planning en andere policies handhaven
Rapporteren en analyseren: Procesbetrouwbaarheid, resultaten en verliesreductie rapporteren, verliezen opsporen en oplossen
Documentatie beheren: Shiftdocumentatie, standard operating procedures (SOP's) en orders up-to-date houden
Team aansturen: operators aansturen, coachen, motiveren, beoordelen, bijwonen sollicitatiegesprekken, feedback geven over interims, groeigesprekken voeren
Teamontwikkeling: Team coachen, trainen en ontwikkelen, IWS-systemen implementeren, trainingsplannen opstellen
