Line Shift Leader

• Ensure smooth shift handover for the 2 production lines you are responsible for
• Minimize incidents (safety and quality) and unplanned stops
• Maximize loss reduction
• Make continuous improvement proposals (safety, work processes, etc.)
• Provide valuable feedback and serve as an important role model
• Independently identify losses, determine the cause, and resolve them
• Ensure daily completion of necessary reporting tools/boards
• Actively work in the team and step in where needed, but primarily responsible for coordination, development, and coaching of the team
• Lead the operators of your lines (directing, controlling, adjusting, assessing, coaching, and motivating)
• Attend job interviews for permanent hires
• Provide feedback on interim staff to HR, the interim agency, and your direct manager
• Prepare and conduct growth conversations
• Approve leave requests and time registration for your own team

• Experience within a production environment, specifically a packaging department
• Ability to maintain an overview of 2 production lines and possess strong organizational skills
• Plan-oriented and analytical mindset
• Proactive in gathering information from colleagues and departments
• Fluent and constructive communication skills
• Coaching skills and a strong sense of responsibility
• Proficient in the Dutch language (oral and written)
