Functieverantwoordelijkheden

  • Kennisartikelen beheren & optimaliseren: Je stelt duidelijke artikelen op en bewaakt de kwaliteit, uniformiteit en vindbaarheid
  • Data-analyse & continue verbetering: Je analyseert feedback, zoekgedrag en gebruiksdata om gerichte verbeteracties op te zetten
  • Stakeholdermanagement: Je adviseert en beïnvloedt stakeholders over het belang van het knowledgeproces en voert de regie op de keten
  • Innovatie binnen ServiceNow: Je denkt actief mee over nieuwe ontwikkelingen en innovaties, voert testen uit en levert gerichte feedback
  • Communicatie & Onboarding: Je informeert betrokkenen over wijzigingen via interne nieuwsbrieven en ondersteunt bij de onboarding en offboarding van kennis en klanten

Vereisten

  • Je beschikt over minimaal HBO werk- en denkniveau
  • je hebt aantoonbare ervaring met het organiseren en structureel verbeteren van kennisstromen (samen met externe partijen)
  • je hebt ervaring met stakeholdermanagement in een complexe ketenomgeving
  • je hebt gedegen kennis van of ervaring met ServiceNow en ITIL-processen
  • je beheerst de Nederlandse en Engelse taal uitstekend in woord en schrift
  • pre: Je hebt ervaring binnen een digitale/IT-omgeving en basiskennis van HTML
  • je bent proactief, resultaatgericht, flexibel en stressbestendig.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all work carried out
  • Monitor equipment performance in the field, via data reports, to ensure it meets both minimum customer and AMCS requirements
  • Proactively work with customers to ensure early detection of any issues
  • Actively collaborate with other team members for effective knowledge transfer and to ensure consistent quality
  • Correctly record and report all service and repair visits with our service ERP system
  • Actively report and share customer experiences and difficulties, identifying opportunities with the relevant sales persons
