As a Klantenservicemedewerker, you will be part of the Daily Contacts team at ABN AMRO, supporting clients by answering questions, resolving issues, and providing excellent communication. You are willing to work at least once a week in the office
You have experience in customer interaction
You have an MBO-4 diploma or higher
You are willing to work at least 3 days per week
You are willing to attend training twice a week at the office in Amsterdam for the first 5 weeks
You speak fluent Dutch
You speak English
