As a klantenservice medewerker at bol, you will provide personalized customer support and think out of the box to solve customer issues. You will work in an open and informal environment at the headquarters in Utrecht, with opportunities for personal growth and development. Provide personalized customer support
Think out of the box
Help customers via mail and phone
Coordinate with the team
Add a personal touch to customer interactions
Participate in side-projects like creative writing

Vereisten:

C1-level proficiency in Dutch, both written and spoken
Available for at least 32 hours
Available for at least one year
Minimum MBO-4 diploma
Full-time availability for the first two weeks of training
Experience in customer contact
