Klantendienst medewerker

• First point of contact for shopkeepers (supermarkets, Press Shops and bookshops)
• Answer questions and complaints about deliveries and returns via phone and email
• Process requests accurately in the 'C4C' ticketing system and CRM system
• Handle an average of 50 calls per day and ensure professional follow-up of each file
• Build a relationship of trust with customers by informing them quickly and correctly

• Fluent spoken and written Dutch and French
• Proficient with MS Office
• Experience with a ticketing system or SAP is a plus
• Enjoys helping people and has commercial sense
• Maintains overview and stays calm during morning rush

• Full reimbursement of public transport or contribution to private transport
• €50 net telework allowance per month (after training)
