Functieomschrijving:

Food Production Specialist (chef) at IKEA Eindhoven in the IKEA Food department, working 36 hours per week in various shifts. Responsible for quality, presentation and planning of production in the IKEA restaurant kitchen.

Functieverantwoordelijkheden:

Responsible for quality, presentation and planning of production
Maintaining overview of daily kitchen operations
Preparing products
Filling display cases
Ordering products
Quality control
Compliance with hygiene guidelines
Guiding customers
Managing incoming goods and orders
Supervising kitchen staff
Preparing ready-made dishes
Presenting meals attractively
Guiding employees and interns in their development

Vereisten:

Organizational talent with passion for optimizing production processes
Experience in directing and developing employees
Hospitality background
Open attitude towards colleagues
Ability to provide and receive feedback
Ability to set priorities and maintain overview
Analytical mindset
Ability to create optimal production processes
Comfortable working with numbers
Available 36 hours per week
Flexible availability during daytime, evenings and weekends
