Functieomschrijving:

Assist customers in creating their dream kitchen while working at IKEA's kitchen department. Collaborate with a team of 40 colleagues, gain expertise through Kitchen Academy training, and enjoy various benefits while ensuring a sustainable focus in sales.

Functieverantwoordelijkheden:

selling kitchens
helping customers with advice
having conversations with customers to realize their dream kitchen
processing smaller orders
accurately documenting all administration

Vereisten:

MBO+ work and thinking level
ability to quickly familiarize yourself with systems
strong team spirit
ambition to grow and further develop yourself within IKEA

Wat we bieden:

Kitchen Academy training
salary including 13th month and 8% vacation pay
all-in hourly wage during training period: €17.25
all-in hourly wage after training period: €19.50
annual collective bonus up to 150% of monthly salary
100% reimbursement of public transport travel costs
