Junior Technical Support Engineer

• Advise dealers and technicians via phone and email on complex technical cases and product information
• Obtain official certifications in robotics and automation
• Deepen knowledge in electronic control systems, CAN-bus, GPS technology, and hybrid drivetrains
• Assist in writing technical manuals and developing training programs for the international network
• Support the sales team with technical knowledge during international fairs and demo events
• Proactively contribute ideas for digital tools to help customers find solutions faster (self-help apps)

• Bachelor in a technical field (e.g., Electromechanics, Automotive, Electronics, or Agricultural Mechanization)
• Passion for the integration of software, sensors, and electrical engineering
• Communication skills in Dutch, English, and German
• Stress-resistant
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with various operating systems and apps
