Junior Consultant Customer Transformation

• Start with the end user as a strategic starting point, whether it concerns (new) customers, employees or the brands we work with
• Combine digital and human perspectives by using market research, consumer research, data analysis and creative workshops to identify pain points and discover improvement opportunities
• Bring new interactions to life through experience and service design, GenAI, marketing automation & CRM in sectors ranging from retail to financial services and the public sector
• In addition to delivering strategic solutions, guide our clients through the process, so that they feel informed and even 'empowered' in every step
• Create solutions with lasting impact that our clients can confidently embrace and maintain

• A completed university master's degree (preferably in one of the following fields: Business, Innovation, Transformation, Marketing, Design, Data or AI)
• Affinity with developing strategies focused on (digital) customer experience
• Clear and convincing vision on customer experience, digital innovation and the role you want to play in it
• Ability to simplify complex information and translate it into user-friendly digital solutions
• Strong communication skills and experience with (multidisciplinary) collaboration
• Flexibility and eagerness to learn
• Professional attitude towards clients
• Experience or familiarity with design thinking, customer research, marketing activation, project management, marketing technology (especially Adobe & Salesforce) and AI models will further increase your chance of success
• Flexibility to travel within and outside the Netherlands when necessary
• Business proficiency in English and Dutch (or willingness to learn), both speaking and writing
