• Understand needs: conduct in-depth conversations from an empathetic mindset to really map out the customer's insurance needs
• Provide solutions: have the freedom to think proactively and propose quality insurance solutions that really add value
• Achieve team goals: as a real team player, contribute to the joint office objectives, where quality and customer satisfaction always come first
• Continuously grow: work closely with your Field Manager on your personal development with the aim of growing into an expert in your field

• Young Graduate with a Bachelor or Master degree (preferably in Legal Practice, Law, Real Estate or Finance & Insurance)
• Strong communication skills and excellent listener
• Naturally commercially talented: result-oriented, proactive and dare to ask the right questions
• Empathetic person who likes to help people
• Great interest in the insurance sector (experience in customer contact is a nice extra)
• Fluent in Dutch and very good knowledge of French
• Willing to work alternately in the Brussels office (70%) and that of Halle (30%)
• Willing to follow the first two months of training at the headquarters in Hasselt

• Intensive onboarding program of 2 months in Hasselt
• Company arranges your full stay on site during training
