• Continuous growth: work closely with your Field Manager on your personal development with the aim of growing into an expert in your field

• Young Graduate with a Bachelor or Master diploma (preferably in Legal Practice, Law, Real Estate or Finance & Insurance)
• Strong communication skills and excellent listener
• Natural commercial talent: result-oriented, proactive and dare to ask the right questions
• Empathetic person who likes to help people
• Great interest in the insurance sector (experience in customer contact is a nice extra)
• Fluent in Dutch and very good knowledge of French
• Willing to follow the first two months of training at the head office in Hasselt

• Intensive onboarding program of 2 months
• Accommodation arranged during training in Hasselt
• Permanent contract from the start
