A summer job supporting the customer service center during the busy season, handling customer issues and complaints while delivering excellent service, and contributing to the company's goals.

Functieverantwoordelijkheden:

Handling customer reactions after their return and charging damages
recording, investigating, and responding to customer reactions within set deadlines to help customers as well as possible
achieving TUI's commercial objectives through good service
being the first contact point for customers on holiday who call the emergency number
handling bad news delivery effectively and helping customers with a poor experience.

Vereisten:

You are administratively strong and accurate
you are a good and creative writer
you can commit for a number of weeks during the summer holidays
you can write in French, English, and Dutch.
