A European market leader in designing, assembling, and selling cutting machines for the food processing industry is looking for an Inside Sales Medewerker in Kontich. The customers are active in the cheese, meat, and vegetable processing industry and in the potato sector with applications in the fries and chips industry. You will receive a permanent contract immediately.

Functieverantwoordelijkheden:

Responsible for the request of new cutting machines
Process orders from A to Z
Prepare quotes based on input from account managers, foreign branches, agents, and distributors
Create pre-calculations and order confirmations for sold machines
Provide commercial support and maintain relationships with our foreign branches, agents, and distributors
Manage the commercial file and keep our CRM up-to-date
Ensure demonstration, consignment, and rental machines in collaboration with production
Determine delivery times in consultation with the production department
Back-up for: shipping administration, invoice formatting, and follow-up of overdue payments with local account managers
In the long term, participate in the weekly production meetings

Vereisten:

Bachelor diploma or equivalent experience
Fluent in Dutch, English, and French
Customer-first mindset
Combines commercial flair with strong administrative skills
Affinity for a technical environment
Stress-resistant
Able to handle last-minute changes, switch quickly, and set priorities
