Vereisten

A2 diploma in a technical direction such as electromechanics, electricity or electronics
Enthusiastic starter or already have initial experience in an industrial environment
Bitten by technology and have sharp analytical skills to detect defects
Work extremely accurately, are reliable and are known for your positive "goesting" to go for it every day
Speak fluent Dutch
basic knowledge of French is a nice asset
Find your way smoothly in software packages for daily reporting

Functieverantwoordelijkheden

Preventive maintenance: You perform periodic checks to guarantee the lifespan of the machine park
Corrective maintenance: As a fault technician, you solve both electrical and mechanical breakdowns quickly and efficiently
Fine-tuning: You are responsible for the precise adjustment and tuning of the production lines for an optimal result
Optimization: You actively think about improvements to the installations to minimize downtime
Communication: You ensure clear transfer to your colleagues and the maintenance supervisor, so that everyone is aware of the status of the works

Diploma in a technical direction (Electromechanics, Mechanics or similar)
Solid foundation in mechanics and electromechanics
Knowledge of electricity, hydraulics and pneumatics
Fluent with hand tools, machine tools (welding, sheet metal) and can read technical plans
Willing to work in 2 shifts
Fluent with a PC and possibly a scissor lift
Excellent spoken and understood Dutch for smooth communication and safe transfer

Analyze and resolve technical breakdowns and defects at installations in the production hall and the palletization hall
Perform revisions and planned work orders to proactively prevent breakdowns
Accurately set up and convert lines using technical conversion files
Register actions in logbooks and actively participate in shift handover and improvement projects to increase efficiency
Guide new colleagues and grow together with the team to a higher technical level
