For our client, Vermeiren NV in Kalmthout - an international player in the production of aids for the disabled - we are looking for a logistics employee experienced in container traffic.

Functieverantwoordelijkheden:

You coordinate the import of containers from, among others, China and India
you consult daily with forwarders, external suppliers, and production locations abroad
you work closely with a colleague responsible for purchasing and inventory management in European branches
you ensure smooth and efficient handling of the entire container process, from planning to delivery.

Vereisten:

You have a bachelor's degree (preferably in logistics management) or equivalent experience
you have experience with forwarding and container traffic - this is a must
you work independently, organized, and accurately
you are analytically strong and think proactively
you speak and write fluently in Dutch and English.
