Functieverantwoordelijkheden:
Full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to onboarding
Ensuring a positive candidate experience
Keeping recruitment dashboards and ATS up-to-date
Involvement in contract types and compensation during recruitment and onboarding
Assisting with HR-related questions about offers, contracts, illness
Collaborating with marketing on employer branding
Optimizing recruitment approach
Representing the company at job fairs domestically and abroad
Vereisten:
First relevant work experience
Experience in full-cycle recruitment
Ability to find talent in unconventional places
Comfortable with a fast pace
Willingness to manage administrative and contractual HR aspects
Proactive in identifying and optimizing recruitment process flaws
Strong communication skills in Dutch and English
