Functieomschrijving:

As a talent guide, you are responsible for the binding & guidance of our talents at 2 different locations (50/50) in the South-West Netherlands region (Schiedam & Poeldijk). You will work closely with our recruitment and administration department or colleagues from the district and other parts within Randstad.

Functieverantwoordelijkheden:

screening new talents
onboarding
conducting absence and appraisal interviews
payroll
contracts
seeking connection with talents to ensure they are in the right place and enjoy their work
daily rounds on the work floor to check in with everyone

Vereisten:

32, 36 or 40 hours available
preferably a completed MBO 4 education and demonstrable MBO+ or HBO work and thinking level
a natural connector and enthusiastic and driven to make this position your own
in possession of a driver's license and own transport, as your workplace alternates between 2 locations in the region
