As HR consultant at Tempo-Team Limburg with a full-time contract, you will immerse yourself in the client world and ensure perfect matches between candidates and vacancies. You will handle planning, administration, and build strong relationships through your networking and enthusiasm.

Functieverantwoordelijkheden:

  • Understand client needs and match candidates with their vacancies
  • Fill client planning optimally with temporary workers
  • Maintain a positive and motivating drive
  • Assist individuals in achieving their career dreams through networking and people skills

Vereisten:

  • Bachelor or Master is top
  • If you have no diploma, we expect relevant experience in planning, customer service, commercial role
  • Driving license B is necessary
  • Ability to easily establish contact with people
  • Creative, commercial and results-oriented mindset
