Als HR Consultant regio West-Vlaanderen werk je vanuit een Randstad kantoor in West-Vlaanderen. De mogelijkheid tot thuiswerk is bespreekbaar. De eerste 3 dagen start je met een opleiding waar je kennis maakt met Randstad, onze tools en de job.

Functieverantwoordelijkheden:

start with a warm good morning and a nice cup of coffee/tea
act as the glue between client and candidate
write and publish vacancies on various online channels
build a network with clients, external partners, and colleagues
screen candidates, present them to companies, and guide them through the application process
search for the right candidates for various clients and fill in the planning/vacancies
coach candidates and follow up during their job
ensure smooth administration before, during, and after the candidate's start
have an advisory role for clients, think along and propose solutions
motivate clients to work with Randstad through client visits or virtual calls
work daily from 8:30 to 17:30 with a 1-hour lunch break
work a 40-hour week and accumulate 1 day of leave per month

Vereisten:

bachelor or master is top
no diploma requires first relevant experience
empathy, customer focus, commercial drive, and work enthusiasm are important
fluent communication and easy contact making
