Als HR Consultant werk je vanuit onze kantoren uit de regio Oost-Vlaanderen. De mogelijkheid tot thuiswerk is bespreekbaar. De eerste 3 dagen start je met een opleiding waar je kennis maakt met Randstad, onze tools en de job.

Functieverantwoordelijkheden:

write job postings and publish them on various online channels
build a network with clients, external partners, and colleagues
screen candidates, present them to companies, and guide them through the application process
search for the right candidates for various clients and fill schedules/job postings
coach candidates and follow up with them during their job
handle smooth administration before, during, and after the candidate's start
advise clients, think along, and propose solutions
motivate clients to work with Randstad through client visits or virtual calls

Vereisten:

bachelor or master is top
no diploma but first relevant experience is a requirement
empathy, customer focus, commercial drive, and work enthusiasm are important
fluent communication and easy contact making
