For weekends, holiday periods, and the summer vacation, we are looking for student workers to join the info desk and provide administrative support. You will be part of a warm environment where you can truly learn something and be part of an enthusiastic team.

Functieverantwoordelijkheden:

Welcoming guests and assisting with check-in and check-out
Providing information about activities and tourist tips in the area
Handling phone and written contact (phone, email)
Processing and managing reservations in the system
Assisting with preparing invoices (overnight stays, consumptions, etc.)
Helping with restaurant reservations
Performing small administrative tasks
Ensuring smooth and hospitable operation at the desk

Vereisten:

Student and at least 18 years old
Available during weekends, holidays, and/or summer vacation
Able to commute to Blankenberge, even during late/early hours
Fluent in Dutch and basic French
Customer-oriented, enthusiastic, and communicative
Enjoy working with people and open to learning
Punctual, reliable, and willing to take initiative
Able to work independently and collaborate well with colleagues
