Functieomschrijving:

Work at the IKEA Food department where you welcome hundreds of customers daily in the restaurant, bistro, and Swedish Food Market. Prepare and serve delicious dishes, manage the cash register, and ensure a clean and welcoming environment. Learn on the job with food safety training and grow your skills in a supportive, team-oriented atmosphere.

Functieverantwoordelijkheden:

preparing and serving dishes like ice cream and Swedish meatballs
managing the cash register
keeping tables, coffee machines, and the work environment clean
selling and advising customers about Swedish delicacies.

Vereisten:

a cheerful attitude
an open disposition to easily approach all visitors
little or significant experience in hospitality
a willingness to learn everything about the role.

all-in hourly wage including a 13th-month payment and 8% vacation allowance
collective annual bonus plan of up to 150% of gross monthly salary
