As a Helpende Plus, you contribute to the daily care and support of clients, prioritizing personal attention and professionalism. You work across various locations with stable planning and clear structure.

Functieverantwoordelijkheden:

You assist clients with ADL tasks such as washing, dressing, and eating
You support the use of lifts and other aids
You recognize changes in health status and report them to the responsible care provider
You offer a listening ear and create a warm, respectful atmosphere
You collaborate with colleagues to provide the best care and contribute to a positive work environment

Vereisten:

You have a diploma Helpende Plus Zorg en Welzijn (level 2)
You have experience with ADL tasks and working with lifts
You are patient, empathetic, and provide a sense of safety for clients
You possess strong communication skills and collaborate well
You are flexible but appreciate a stable schedule
You have a proactive and independent attitude in your work
