• Production planning: you draw up the daily planning for both machines and employees
• Priority management: you assess incoming orders based on color codes and deadlines to determine the correct flow
• Internal communication: you constantly liaise with order supervisors, purchasing, operators, and logistics to monitor delivery times
• Proactive thinking: you regularly consult with the production manager to keep the planning tight and efficient
• System management: you enter and monitor the planning via the ERP package (MultiPress).

• Bachelor diploma (or equivalent through experience) to oversee planning complexity
• Strong affinity with the graphic sector and technical knowledge of print work (such as brochures)
• Communicatively strong in Dutch and French
• Extremely stress-resistant, accurate, and organized, even when work pressure rises
• Experience in a similar role is a plus, but motivated juniors with a graphic background are also encouraged to apply
• You derive satisfaction from organizing processes and the technical realization of a product, not from designing it.
