• Welcoming guests at the front desk
• Checking in and checking out guests
• Provide excellent guest service by answering questions and offering assistance to guests
• Assist in managing reservations and providing information to guests
• Assist with daily administrative tasks and ensure the smooth operational functioning of the Front Office
• The preparation and assistance of Breakfast Service

• English speaking
• Strong communicator and team player
• Be able to work in a dynamic, rapidly changing, and demanding environment
• Have a hands-on mentality and be able to work independently
• Be organized and have an eye for detail
• Be flexible in terms of working hours and days
• Be a reliable person the team can rely on
