Functieverantwoordelijkheden

Jij voert 1-op-1 gesprekken en coaching sessies om de kwaliteit van de service te waarborgen
Jij bent het escalatiepunt en zorgt voor een duidelijke en uiterst zorgvuldige service, ook als een vraagstuk even ingewikkeld wordt
Jij stuurt op KPI's, maar verliest de mens achter de cijfers nooit uit het oog.

Supervision & Coaching: responsible for sharpening safety awareness among dockworkers, drivers, and operators
