Als Flex Co-worker bij IKEA ben jij dé collega die zorgt voor flexibiliteit en continuïteit in onze winkel. Je maakt deel uit van onze flexpool en wordt ingezet op verschillende afdelingen, zoals Customer Relations, In-store Logistics, IKEA Food & Beverages en Sales. Hierdoor draag je direct bij aan een optimale klantbeleving en een efficiënte dagelijkse bezetting.

Functieverantwoordelijkheden:

Ensuring flexibility and continuity in the store
Working in various departments such as Customer Relations, In-store Logistics, IKEA Food & Beverages, and Sales
Supporting daily operations on different departments
Helping customers throughout their shopping journey
Ensuring high product availability
Correctly executing logistics and fulfillment tasks
Working according to IKEA sales and store processes
Learning products, services, and work processes and actively sharing this knowledge with customers and colleagues

Vereisten:

Flexible availability for 12 or 28 hours per week, particularly in evenings and weekends
Customer-oriented and strong communication skills
Fluent in Dutch and/or English
Enthusiastic, eager to learn, and inspired by IKEA's vision, values, and culture
Open to change and enjoys working with colleagues in different teams
Proactive and self-directing, with the ability to plan own work and set priorities
Interested in retail, home furnishing, and people's daily lives at home
Accurate and safety-conscious
works according to established procedures, guidelines, and legislation
