Functieomschrijving:

Als nieuwe schakel binnen ons Financial Controller team waarborg je de integriteit van de financiële operaties voor de regio Europa-West. In deze functie draag je de verantwoordelijkheid voor het nauwkeurig stroomlijnen van onze boekhoudkundige en fiscale processen. Vanuit ons Regional Shared Service Center in Puurs-Sint-Amands werk je in een internationale setting waar kwaliteit en procesoptimalisatie centraal staan. Je biedt essentiële ondersteuning bij de statutaire boekhouding, de aangiftes voor vennootschapsbelasting en diverse compliance-activiteiten om onze werking structureel te versterken.

Functieverantwoordelijkheden:

  • Support in preparing annual accounts and ensuring all associated audit files and documentation comply with legal frameworks
  • Assist with regional tax returns and government submissions, both locally and for the entire group
  • Contribute to the management of transfer pricing documentation to monitor compliance with international regulations
  • Prepare data and provide support during internal and external tax & compliance audits
  • Responsible for 'corporate housekeeping' to ensure all legal entities are administratively in order
  • Provide active assistance during the year-end closing process to achieve error-free financial reporting
  • Participate in group-wide tax projects and various administrative tasks that strengthen the overall compliance structure

Vereisten:

  • Diploma in accountancy or finance
  • Affinity with fiscal legislation and compliance
  • Experience in a financial environment or accounting firm (or as a motivated starter)
  • Fluent communication in Dutch and English, both oral and written
  • Accurate work method with strong organizational insight to process complex data
  • Proactive team player who flexibly responds to changing priorities and deadlines in an energetic environment
