Ben jij een nauwkeurige en gemotiveerde operator met technisch inzicht? Voor een chemisch bedrijf in Schoten zijn we op zoek naar een enthousiaste Filling Operator (ook wel afvuloperator genoemd) om het team te versterken. Je werkt vooral in de dagploeg en kan rekenen op een mooi loon én maaltijdcheques!

Functieverantwoordelijkheden:

  • Controleert of alle benodigde informatie correct is (etiketten, batchnummers, densiteit, tankinhoud, etc.), zowel op papier als digitaal
  • Raadpleegt het softwaresysteem om de beschikbaarheid van het eindproduct te controleren en vergelijkt de gegevens met de afvulorders
  • Stelt de printerparameters correct in voor de productbedrukking
  • Zorgt ervoor dat de afvullijn klaar is voor de start van het proces
  • Start het afvulproces op en bewaakt dit continu
  • Is verantwoordelijk voor de toegewezen afvullijn en grijpt in waar nodig
  • Voert repetitieve taken uit, zoals het handmatig opvijzen van doppen
  • Houdt de computer en de procesparameters nauwlettend in de gaten
  • Zorgt voor een nette en opgeruimde werkplek en verwijdert afval

Vereisten:

  • Beschikbaar tot en met het einde van dit jaar
  • Goed technisch inzicht
  • Kwaliteit staat hoog in het vaandel en werkt nauwkeurig
  • In bezit van een geldig heftruckattest en kan vlot met de heftruck werken
  • Flexibel qua uren en werkt sporadisch mee met de late shift indien nodig
