Field sales representative pharmacy

• Development of your region: Create and execute an annual business plan
• Act as an account manager for your clients and build sustainable partnerships
• Customer management: Set and achieve commercial objectives
• Conduct regular customer visits and build lasting relationships
• Advise and guide customers in choosing our assortment
• Follow and comply with commercial agreements
• Category management in the pharmacy: Ensure optimal placement of our products (shelf management, POS materials, inventory management)
• Advise on product selection based on seasons and rotation
• Training and education: Provide training to pharmacists and their teams about our products and their medical applications
• Offer tailored training based on the patient profile of the pharmacy
• Commercial negotiations: Implement our commercial strategy and negotiate with pharmacists and local buyers
• Internal collaboration: Participate in internal projects across various departments such as supply chain, marketing, and sales to support the company strategy

• Master in Business Management or Healthcare (e.g., nutrition, pharmacy, dietetics, …)
• Experience in the pharmaceutical sector
• Strong analytical, sales, and negotiation skills
• Enthusiastic and driven
• Excellent organizational and planning skills
• Entrepreneurial spirit with autonomy and creative problem-solving
• Fluency in Dutch and English
• French is a plus
