Als Facility Management Specialist ondersteun je Facility Management bij het controleren en beheren van alle Facility Management (FM) aspecten in een of meer IKEA unit(s) om de waarde en efficiëntie van elk pand op een duurzame manier te verhogen. Je zorgt ervoor dat elk pand gedurende de hele levenscyclus goed wordt beheerd - inclusief veiligheid, naleving van wet- en regelgeving, technisch onderhoud en optimalisatie. Je plant, organiseert en coördineert de overeengekomen facilitaire diensten van de overkoepelende dienstverlener in het gehele vastgoed.

Functieverantwoordelijkheden:

Support Facility Management in checking and managing all Facility Management (FM) aspects in one or more IKEA unit(s) to increase the value and efficiency of each property in a sustainable way
Ensure each property is well managed throughout the entire life cycle - including safety, compliance with laws and regulations, technical maintenance and optimization
Plan, organize and coordinate the agreed facility services of the overarching service provider in the entire real estate
Be the first point of contact for all facility management matters within the units
Be the driving force for the implementation of various projects, as well as for the management of maintenance activities
Prepare analyses and reports, e.g. on energy consumption, material management and cost tracking
Be responsible for maintaining inventory and operational documentation
Monitor and follow up on the external employees of the service provider deployed in the buildings
Ensure outsourced tasks to the supplier are properly performed through quality controls

Vereisten:

Experience with technical and infrastructure facility services of a retail property and in managing suppliers
Completed technical education and possess an additional qualification or initial experience in facility management
Knowledge of project management: from planning and execution to control and handover
Works organized and independently and is open to new solutions - always with an eye for sustainability
Good analytical skills and knowledge of common IT tools in facility management
