• Help European travelers with breakdowns get back on the road as quickly as possible
• Reassure customers, analyze the problem, and organize the necessary assistance
• Responsible for complete file management and ensuring proper follow-up from the first call to the solution
• Maintain internal collaboration with foreign correspondents to make breakdown assistance run as efficiently as possible
• Take charge of logistics and arrange replacement vehicles or hotel accommodations when the situation requires
• Be the face of VAB and ensure customers experience assistance positively, even in difficult situations

• Fluent in Dutch, French, and English, both oral and written
• Available from June 1 and willing to support throughout the summer peak until September
• Stress-resistant with great empathy
• Strong administrative skills, preferably with experience in a similar sector
• Proficient in MS Office and quick to learn new computer systems
• Zwijndrecht is easily accessible
• No problem working in a shift system
