Functieomschrijving:

The role involves overseeing strategic partnerships with 3PL service providers, enhancing collaboration between stakeholders, leading change management, and fostering E-commerce and supply chain integration.

Functieverantwoordelijkheden:

Maintaining and building strong relationships with 3PL leaders, co-negotiating partnership contracts, and ensuring a performance-driven work structure
Acting as the primary contact for E-commerce Operations, fostering collaboration between corporate groups, franchises, and external partners to align E-commerce and Data strategies with the broader corporate vision
Inspiring, motivating, and developing team members, ensuring their personal growth and fostering a culture of collaboration and engagement
Contributing to digital and logistical transformation, helping the organization prepare for the future and seeking integration of E-commerce and Supply Chain processes.

Vereisten:

Experience in a leadership role within E-commerce, Supply Chain or operations, ideally within the retail sector
Proven experience in managing strategic partnerships and negotiating contracts
Strong strategic and communication skills to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Strong vision for E-commerce and digitalization, capable of translating it into concrete actions
Experience in leading change and fostering cultural transformation within an organization.
