Customer Service Representative

• Receive and process all customer orders strictly according to established procedures and guidelines
• Responsible for accurate data entry into the internal ERP system
• Guide dossiers integrally (from start to finish) and ensure efficient and high-quality customer service
• Daily direct contact with customers, shipping companies, and various internal departments
• Manage the logistics operation and ensure seamless coordination of transports
• Prepare invoicing and handle all required documents and certificates
• Perform periodic checks and prepare detailed reports.

• Solid experience in a similar role within the logistics sector
• Basic knowledge of MS Office applications and highly proficient in MS Excel
• Adaptable team player who works accurately, precisely, and is stress-resistant
• Fluent communication in Dutch and English, both spoken and written
• Knowledge of French and German is considered a major asset
• Eager to learn and dares to take proactive initiative.
