A wholesale of fine meat products in Wommelgem is looking for a Customer Service Employee with very good knowledge of Dutch, English and German.

Functieverantwoordelijkheden:

  • First point of contact for external and internal customers
  • Process incoming customer orders in ERP to ensure timely delivery
  • Accurately and timely enter promotions and initial commercial volume forecasts
  • Handle and resolve external complaints regarding logistical or quality issues
  • Maintain accurate administration and keep customer files up-to-date
  • Coordinate product sheets for new products and promotional variants

Vereisten:

  • Bachelor degree
  • Administrative experience
  • Very good knowledge of Dutch, English and German (oral and written)
