Manage the full order-to-cash process: from order processing and follow-up to shipping, invoicing, and after sales
Coordinate with internal teams (transport, planning, sales...) to ensure timely and correct delivery
Communicate with customers and internal stakeholders via phone and email, acting efficiently and customer-focused
Daily follow-up of stock availability and anticipating possible stock shortages
Keep administrative data up to date such as delivery instructions, customer pop-ups, billing information, and other commercial documents
Commercial support of the sales team when needed
