Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and chat messages from partners and customers about membership benefits and other matters
Help customers and partners specifically with finding and consulting the right information on the website
For unusual and complex problems, you can always call on the help of specialized colleagues
During less busy periods, you can be temporarily deployed for other projects within the 24+ and the team
Vereisten:
Very good verbal and written knowledge of Dutch
Good knowledge of French (for extra language premium)
Strong communication skills
Customer-oriented, empathetic, and patient
Efficient at helping customers
Administratively versatile, accurate, and precise
