Part-time customer relations role at IKEA with 12 hours per week on a flexible schedule, focused on customer engagement and service.

Functieverantwoordelijkheden:

cashiering while engaging customers in conversation
welcoming customers and opening dialogue
helping customers at customer service while brainstorming solutions
performing physical work with prolonged standing
monitoring activities around Småland play area

Vereisten:

little or much work experience: it does not matter, as long as you are willing to learn
good communication skills
you enjoy contact with customers and colleagues
you are considerate and stress-resistant
