As a Customer Relations Medewerker at IKEA Groningen, you are the shining face of our store. You ensure every customer leaves with a smile (and maybe a hotdog). Your goal is to provide every customer with a top shopping experience. You'll work 24 hours per week with a fun team in various locations throughout the store: checkout, customer service, reception, shopping tools, Småland (children's paradise), or supporting store activities.

Functieverantwoordelijkheden:

Assist customers at checkout
Work with shopping tools (refilling yellow bags, shopping carts, maintaining outdoor areas)
Handle customer service feedback with a smile
Supervise children in Småland play area
Support store activities

Vereisten:

Good communication skills
Customer-oriented approach
Ability to remain calm and solution-focused
Willingness to work day and evening shifts including weekends
Ability to work 24 hours per week
Stress-resistant
Quality-focused
Physically active (walking, helping with shopping tools)
