As a customer relations employee, you ensure customers always leave our store with a big smile. You provide the best solution to any question asked. One day you're the first face the customer sees, the next day the last. Your goal is to give customers a super good store experience. You work 24 or 33 hours per week at IKEA Breda.

Functieverantwoordelijkheden:

Helping customers at checkout
Working with shopping tools like IKEA yellow bags
Ensuring shopping carts are returned to proper locations
Maintaining clean and organized outdoor areas
Processing customer feedback positively at customer service
Supervising children's safety in Småland play area

Vereisten:

Good communication skills
Customer service orientation
Stress resistance
Good command of the Dutch language
Willingness to strengthen physical condition for intensive work
Ability to work day shifts, evening shifts, and weekends
Little or much work experience is acceptable as long as willing to learn
