Customer Relations Manager position at IKEA Utrecht, responsible for leading a team of 3 managers and 65 employees across various customer service areas including checkout, Smaland, customer service and reception. The role focuses on creating perfect store experiences for customers and ensuring long-term profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction.

Functieverantwoordelijkheden:

Leading team managers and employees in Customer Relations department
Managing checkout, Smaland, customer service and reception areas
Ensuring customer expectations are exceeded before, during and after store visits
Being part of store management team
Contributing to store-wide responsibilities
Driving customer-centric culture

Vereisten:

Experienced people manager
Passion for people and results
Experience managing large teams
Ability to implement change and handle resistance
Ability to inspire and motivate teams
Strong decision-making skills
Ability to establish long-term objectives and action plans
Budget management experience
Experience with delegation and team development
