Als Customer Experience Specialist beantwoord je telefoontjes, e-mails en chats en ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor zowel klanten als salonpartners van Treatwell. Je bent een expert op het gebied van alles wat met Treatwell te maken heeft en je weet met vertrouwen ondersteuning te bieden bij uiteenlopende vragen — van het gebruik van onze salonssoftware tot het omgaan met een teleurstellende behandeling. Je werkt efficiënt, kunt meerdere taken tegelijk aan en behoudt altijd een positieve houding en vriendelijke service bij elk contactmoment. Je rapporteert aan de Customer Experience Team Lead en werkt in een internationale omgeving met de mogelijkheid om 40 uur per week te werken, van maandag tot en met vrijdag.

Functieverantwoordelijkheden:

  • Je levert uitstekende klantenservice bij elk contactmoment
  • Je gebruikt tools zoals Salesforce en Slack om informatie bij te houden en effectief te communiceren met je team
  • Je lost problemen op en faciliteert constructieve gesprekken tussen onze klanten en partners
  • Je gaat zelfverzekerd en met gemak om met een groot aantal klantvragen
  • Je krijgt de kans om je commerciële vaardigheden te ontwikkelen door onze salonpartners te adviseren en te helpen hun bedrijf te laten groeien

Vereisten:

  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk, in het Nederlands en Engels
  • Kennis van extra talen (Frans, Duits) is een pluspunt
  • Oog voor detail
  • Goed georganiseerd, plant je dag effectief en behaalt doelen en targets
  • Flexibel beschikbaar van maandag t/m vrijdag
  • Positieve instelling en neemt proactief verantwoordelijkheid voor je werk
