Zoek jij een job waar klantgerichtheid hand in hand gaat met een topwerksfeer? Voor een innovatieve speler in de vastgoedsoftware en zoeken een Customer Care talent dat houdt van direct contact en écht meedenkt met de gebruiker. Je komt terecht in een ambitieus team met een horizontale cultuur, waar eigen initiatief de standaard is en je de ruimte krijgt om de rol echt naar je hand te zetten.

Functieverantwoordelijkheden:

  • Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten (vastgoedmakelaars) die vragen hebben over de software en tools.
  • Je denkt oplossingsgericht mee en adviseert klanten hoe ze de producten optimaal kunnen inzetten.
  • Je communiceert proactief over updates en nieuwe features.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met het technische team om feedback van gebruikers te vertalen naar verbeteringen.

Vereisten:

  • Je gaat nauwkeurig om met administratie en informatie, en leert snel werken met ons softwarepakket.
  • Je begrijpt wat klanten écht nodig hebben en denkt oplossingsgericht mee.
  • Je communiceert helder, vriendelijk en professioneel in elke situatie.
  • Je neemt proactief contact op met klanten en helpt hen om de software optimaal te gebruiken.
  • Je blijft rustig en klantgericht, ook in stressvolle situaties.
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken, maar voelt je ook thuis in een team.
  • Je spreekt en schrijft vlot Nederlands en Frans.
  • Je hebt ervaring in een customer care of klantgerichte functie.
