A bank and insurance group in Antwerp is looking for a full-time Customer Care Medewerker to support customers and branches in a warm manner in one of the following domains: daily banking, investing, insurance or lending.

Functieverantwoordelijkheden:

Expert in your domain
Keep knowledge about new products, processes and digital functionalities up to date
Analyze incoming customer questions (by phone, email or messaging service) and provide correct answers or best solutions
Detect customer needs
Support customers in digital applications or connect them with their branch manager
First point of contact for colleagues from local branches
Assist them with complex files or questions about products and services
Work actively on your own growth, that of the customer service and the company

Vereisten:

Bachelor and/or Master degree
Very good Dutch and French language skills
Stress-resistant
Able to process large amounts of information and make quick connections
Proactive and eager to learn
Customer-focused mindset
